1. The code of conduct applies to all matches played in whilst representing Locks Bottom cricket club.

2. The highest standards both on and off the field shall be observed in keeping with the dignity and traditions of the game.

3. Intimidation, aggressive and violent behaviour, bullying and /or deliberate distraction of opponents or club members is unacceptable at any time

4. Foul or abusive language is totally unacceptable towards fellow members and/or opposition team members.

5. Dissention towards umpires regarding decisions is unacceptable. 

6. Dissention towards Captains regarding decisions is unacceptable.

7. In all games the highest standard of sportsmanship and respect should be displayed.

Failure to comply with the above Code of Conduct guidelines may lead to the individual’s right to play for Locks Bottom cricket club being withdrawn. According to the nature and seriousness of the breach, it may also result in the Committee taking disciplinary action including suspension. The ultimate sanction may be expulsion of the individual from the club by the Committee if the situation is deemed to be serious enough. Any action taken will be at the discretion of the Committee to ensure the best interests of Locks Bottom Cricket Club are maintained.
